Now that Olympic fever has come to Vancouver, now what?  It was a fabulous time, a glorious time and maybe, just maybe, Canada has found its patriotic core.  This is the first time I have seen mobs of Canadians supporting by mobs of visitors congregate in the streets and have someone wonderfully crazy zealot start singing the national anthem.  The
